The Wedner Stone House, intersection of Central Avenue and U.S. Highway 71. George Wedner had advertised that he would pay the freight on any unusual stones people would send him. From the collection, he chose the ones to build the house. Although it is privately owned, and not open to the public, people passing through Eagle Bend stop along the highway to admire and photograph the beautiful stonework.
